LEGACIE DEVELOPMENTS SHORTLISTED FOR NORTH WEST PROPERTY AWARD

Liverpool-based Legacie Developments has been shortlisted for the Regeneration Award at the annual North West Property Awards.

The Liverpool-based developer is ‘incredibly proud’ to have been recognised for both its Reliance House and Dale Street developments.

Legacie has respectfully brought Water Street’s Reliance House back to life, creating 139 one, two and three bedroom apartments in a £22 million redevelopment of the Edwardian-style building.

The scheme sold out before it was even completed, with the apartments providing luxury city- centre living.

And Legacie’s Dale Street Developments, which has seen the historic Dale Street shops revived and restored back to their original state, has also gained traction by the North West Property Awards, which will take place on Thursday 11th October at a glittering ceremony at the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral’s Lutyens Crypt.

The rear of the Dale Street shops, which were once part of the Stop The Rot campaign, are now all fully occupied with a women’s luxury spa and salon set to open, and 18 luxury apartments also created.

John Morley, MD of Legacie Developments, said: “Legacie is so proud to have been shortlisted for the Regeneration Award at the NWPAs. A lot of detailed planning went into sensitively restoring Reliance House and carefully breathing a new lease of life into the building, whilst also ensuring the quality reflects that of what Legacie is renowned for.

“We also sensitively restored the Dale Street shops and worked closely with the council’s Planning Department and are delighted with the finished result. To be shortlisted on the basis of both Reliance House and the Dale Street Developments is incredibly humbling for us and we’re very excited for the awards ceremony.”
