Workspace brand acquires over 40,000 sq ft of Hammersmith development

Creative workspace provider, Spaces has taken 42,000 sq ft at the Foundry.

This comprises a 114,500 sq ft office which forms part of AXA IM - Real Assets’ new three acre urban estate, Assembly London development in Hammersmith.

Spaces will occupy the ground and first floors, of the five-story building, on a 15-year lease and will run a communal café-style break-out facility within the atrium, which will also service the south facing roof terrace.

“Assembly has reinvented itself as a prime Hammersmith office development with a variety of different sized office suites and the growing amenity offer at the site.”

In addition to the Foundry, Assembly London comprises three other buildings including Smiths Square, a well-known local landmark with its façade hosting a 65 ft high permanent sculpture by surrealist artist Alex Chinneck.

The other two building within the urban campus are Farriers Yards and The Forge which are fully leased to a range of tenants. The entire development comprises of over 200,000 sq ft of office accommodation.

There is 68,364 sq ft of available space remaining at the Foundry. The flexibly designed office environment has been curated to promote staff productivity, wellbeing and health.
