Jaluch welcomes Tammy Connor as Head of Learning and Development

Jaluch, the award-winning HR and training consultancy has welcomed Tammy Connor to its team of experts as Head of Learning and Development. As a highly experienced training professional Tammy will drive innovation across Jaluch’s training portfolio, responding to the needs of businesses looking to grow, empower and invest in staff.

Recent research suggests that two out of three UK workers have left an employer due to a lack of training and development opportunities. Jaluch is helping organisations develop and retain their employees through training, fostering loyalty and encouraging innovation. Employers are seeing the benefits of this investment, with 80% agreeing that offering learning and development opportunities has had a positive impact on their workforce.

From Gladiator to global leadership

In joining Jaluch, Tammy will bring her leadership experience of designing, delivering and pioneering training initiatives at The Body Shop (Head of Training) and PZ Cussons (Global Head of Training). A passionate advocate for wellness and personal development, Tammy’s career has also included time spent as a teacher of higher education, and a personal trainer. Her focus as an athlete saw her selected to join the popular television show ‘Gladiators’, where she competed under the stage name ‘Fox’.
