Boss Training – From Bedroom Business to Multi-Million Pound Organisation
Health and safety training provider, Boss Training, have made the move to Brighouse following a sustained period of growth over the past few years.
Boss Training were officially formed in 2005 and started out as a home-run business, working from an office in the back of the Managing Director’s garage.
In 2008, the company moved into offices in Halifax and stayed at these premises until the end of September this year.
Managing Director at Boss Training, Andrew Murphy, felt that it was the right time for the company to make the move to a new premises.
He said: “It’s the start of a new and exciting chapter for Boss Training; we have seen real growth over the last few years and it was definitely the right time to make the move.
“We have provided training to some of the UK’s biggest companies in Kier, Amey, Balfour Beatty and Network Rail, whilst continuing to service local businesses across the country.”
Boss Training currently employ 12 office staff and the move means their Brighouse base is just 300 metres off the M62, making it perfect for client visits.
The new facility boasts a spacious office area, along with state-of-the-art classrooms and training facilities. Boss Training have also invested in new, practical training equipment to keep up with demand for their training services following the move.
Andrew Murphy went on to add: “We’re really happy with our new offices; we have now equipped the company with everything it needs to grow even further in the coming years.
“We are particularly pleased with the facilities we are able to offer any visitors, with our state-of-the-art classrooms and training facilities, as well as our comfortable and stylish delegate rest area.”
