Latest Stockton offices welcome first entrepreneurial occupant
Teesside’s latest ‘luxury’ office building, Level Q has welcomed its first tenant.
Beverley Goodall has moved into Surtees Business Park in Stockton following the launch of her new accountancy business, AbacusBean Limited.
As an accountant, Beverley has worked with both national and regional firms. She has now taken on the challenge of starting her own practice.
The Level Q offices have facilities including a café, small cinema, and gym. Businesses will also benefit from speedy broadband in the area with around 1,000 mg capacity.
Beverley Goodall said: “Level Q is something completely different to any other office space I’ve seen. The facilities are brilliant but the chance to work alongside other new and upcoming local businesses in a supportive environment is going to be invaluable.
“It’s a big step to make for anyone to start their own business and I’m really looking forward to the challenge. I have had some excellent training and opportunities with both Baldwins and Evolution accountancy firms, giving me a great grounding for starting my own practice.
“The networking events at Level Q will be very beneficial for getting my name out there. I’m really excited to get started and welcoming my first clients, who I know will also be impressed by the development.”
Bespoke inside space with picnic benches and artificial grass will add to the ambience of the workplaces, providing a unique environment to work, socialise and keep fit.
Owners, Preston Cherry offer traditional long leases together with various levels of membership, including hot desks and a new service that provides boardroom space with state-of-the-art conferencing facilities, concierge and super-fast internet.
Andy Preston, of Preston Cherry, added: “It’s absolutely fantastic to welcome Beverley and her fledgling business to Level Q. There’s been considerable interest, and it’s very rewarding that businesses are buying into our vision to provide the very best workplaces.”
