British business consultancy opens New York office as headcount doubles
Yorkshire, England-based Smarter Business Processes has opened its first overseas office in New York. Taking space within the One World Trade Center, the expansion marks a natural progression in the company’s international growth.
As a result of increased demand for the firm’s services, the team has doubled in size – from seven employees to 14 – in the past year. Five of whom are based in North America, home to 60% of the organisation’s current client base.
Established by husband and wife team Richard and Gwen Rymill in March 2013, Smarter Business Processes are internationally-recommended Smartsheet and AppSheet consultants, trainers and resellers. In the past two years alone, they have helped over 800 businesses to streamline their workflow.
In response to user demand, the company has also launched its own range of Smarter App solutions. Following the success of their Smarter Dropdown List Manager solution, the company’s latest – and most requested App is the new, Smarter Mini Control Center.
