Lupton Fawcett doubles Sheffield office space following £2.8m turnover
The Sheffield office of law firm, Lupton Fawcett has doubled its operational space by expanding onto the second floor of its offices on Bank Street.
The move comes after another record year for the South Yorkshire office with turnover rising to £2.8m this year with an additional nine people joining the 40-strong team.
Both the commercial and private client departments have completed a record 26 deals with a total value of £136m in the last financial year.
Head of Lupton Fawcett’s Sheffield office, Michele Phillips, said: “We have had an exceptional year resulting in our rapidly expanding team outgrowing our offices.
“As we did not want to move from our central location, we were fortunate that the second floor became available to us so that we could increase our space with minimum disruption.
“The new fit out is impressive and provides our team and clients with first class meeting facilities and presentation rooms.”
The new floor has been designed and equipped to provide space for client presentations, seminars, training and an employee engagement area.
Jonathan Oxley, managing partner of Lupton Fawcett, concluded: “The office expansion coincides with our planned £1m investment in a new IT system which will provide seamless communication with our three offices in Sheffield, York and Leeds.”
