Steph’s Qualified to Advise

Steph Ball, Service Advisor at Crewe SEAT has just achieved full SEAT Accreditation and she’s delighted.

Local girl, Steph works for family-owned, Crewe SEAT, part of Swansway Motor Group, “I’ll have been with Crewe SEAT a year at the end of February, but I’ve learnt such a lot and the team at the dealership are just lovely, I feel like I’ve gained a second family”!

Becoming fully SEAT accredited is no easy task and requires time away studying as well as giving up your own time for assignments and revision, but Steph has taken it all her stride, achieving accreditation before she’s completed one year at the SEAT site.

“It probably helps that I really enjoy my job, I like people and I feel like my role is really helping them. If a car needs work doing to make it safe, then I see it as my job to help the customer, to explain just why the work is needed to keep them and their passengers safe and I know I can count on the aftersales team to help if anything needs explaining in detail”, added Steph.

Head of Business at Crewe SEAT, Andrew Barnes added, “Steph is a very sociable young woman and she makes our customers feel genuinely cared for and that’s so important in her role. She has fitted into our SEAT family so well and I’m thrilled for her that she’s achieved SEAT Accreditation, it’s a real feather in her cap”.
