Knight Frank seals office space deal with Leeds law firm
Expanding Yorkshire law firm, Avison Law have taken 1,585 sq ft of Grade A office space at Fountain House in South Parade, Leeds.
The deal was brokered by global property consultancy, Knight Frank.
The boutique law firm is relocating from Bradford and has have signed a five-year lease on the whole of the ground floor of Fountain House.
Sam Jamieson of Knight Frank, who acted for landlords, said: “We are delighted to welcome Avison Law to Fountain House.
“This is a very impressive building, not only because of its imposing art deco façade and location at the heart of the city centre business district, but also because of its proximity to the train station and commuter routes as well as shops, restaurants and bars. All this makes it a great place to work.”
Carter Towler is acting as joint letting agent for Fountain House with Knight Frank.
