Carter Towler lets two major office suites in Leeds city centre

Carter Towler has successfully let two office suites in Leeds on behalf of Bentley Investments Ltd.

Around 1,085 sq ft of ground floor office space has been let to transport planning consultants Andrew Moseley Associates (AMA) at 51A St Paul’s Street, LS1.

Furthermore, 1,780 sq ft on the building’s fourth floor has been taken by cyber security specialists Sep2. Both companies have agreed five-year leases on the newly refurbished offices.

Carter Towler’s associate, Philip Shopland-Reed, said: “Bentley Investments are proactive landlords who have a rigorous maintenance and refurbishment strategy for all their properties.

“In addition to these two suites, they have also recently revamped 2,675 sq ft on the second floor of 15 St Paul’s Street which is currently available.”

AMA is a private sector transport and development planning specialists who work across sectors including residential, commercial and industrial, leisure, energy and education.

In addition, Carter Towler was also a joint agent with Montpellier Property in the letting of 2 Grove Park Court, Harrogate - also owned by Bentley Investments.
