Diane Cheesebrough, Westfield Health
Health and wellbeing provider, Westfield Health has appointed Diane Cheesebrough to the Board as non-executive director.
Diane has joined Westfield Health with over 20 years of experience as a business leader, with a proven international track record in Member, PE, SME, PLC and public sector organisations.
With a background in financial services, her corporate experience involves leading in financial, sales, operational and technology businesses, operating at different levels of maturity, growth and change.
Diane said: “In today’s world with workplace related stress, illness and mental health issues becoming a bigger concern than ever, health and wellbeing support has never been more paramount for businesses.

Richard Coulthard, Ison Harrison
Yorkshire law firm, Ison Harrison has recruited a prominent commercial partner to head up its corporate division.
Richard Coulthard joins Ison Harrison’s expanding regional team having previously been a director at Oakwood Solicitors and Oakwood Property Solicitors.
As the firm’s new partner and head of corporate, Richard’s role will see him growing the firm’s corporate and commercial offering whilst also co-ordinating numerous departments including commercial property, commercial litigation and employment.
Richard has worked across many industry sectors having previously advised national financial institutions, car manufacturers and an international pharmaceutical company.
He has specialist experience of assisting SMEs and owner managed businesses to achieve success through strong legal support and compliance.
Richard Coulthard said: “I’ve joined Ison Harrison at a crucial time as it continues to go from strength to strength representing clients both regionally and nationally.
“I’m relishing the opportunity of building on this ongoing success by putting my corporate experience to great use for new and existing clients and helping to extend the firm’s outstanding reputation to the corporate arena.”
Richard will be based at the firm’s head office in Leeds city centre helping to co-ordinate a group-wide approach to commercial matters.
Sharon Richardson, The Templand Group
The Templand Group, whose businesses include ITI Network Services, ITI Electrical Services and Newline Communications, has appointed Sharon Richardson as group finance director.
Sharon will take up the role on Monday April 1.
Richardson joined ITI Network Services, previously known as IT Installations Ltd, in 2011 as finance manager under the firm’s previous ownership.
She has been present through the business’ significant evolution over the previous six years, including the installation of WiFi technology at London Olympics venues and in venues across Europe, a management buyout led by Jason Denmark and a re-brand to ITI Network Services.
Her new role involves financial responsibilities across all of the busineses in the group.
Jason Denmark, Templand Group’s CEO, added: “I am delighted to appoint Sharon [to] The Templand Group. Sharon has been an exceptional finance manager for ITI Network Services, making an important contribution to the business’ growth and performance.

Karl Robinson, Eyeweb
Having recently moved into Maritime Business Park due to growth, digital agency Eyeweb is now celebrating Karl Robinson taking on his new role as director.
After six years of career progression and initiative, the commencement of his new managerial status coincided with the agency’s seventeenth anniversary.
Karl said: “I’m passionate about my job because there has been huge growth in the size and complexity of the websites, CMS and API integrations that we produce, which each require the constant improvement of methodologies and techniques.
“Everyone in the team is a master of their trade, from web development and brand design, to delivering marketing campaigns for high-calibre organisations.”
Sarah Barraclough, Skipton Properties
Sarah Barraclough has been promoted to managing director of her family’s property development business.
Skipton Properties has a newly appointed female managing director for the first time in its 33-year history, with Brian Verity is stepping aside to allow his eldest daughter to advance the successful business.
Sarah Barraclough has worked in the company since 2003, where she joined as sales manager before being promoted to sales director in 2007.
Most recently, she has been working as operations director within the senior management team, taking on a broader leadership role during a period of significant growth and development for Skipton Properties, which has earned her the title of MD in 2019.
The property developer recorded a turnover of £22.3m in 2017/18. Overall, turnover and profitability at the company has more than doubled over the past five years.
Sarah said: “I am extremely proud to become the new managing director of my family’s business at this very exciting time in its history.
“As Skipton Properties gears up for continued growth and success, my focus will always be on building quality homes our customers are excited to move into, working with my fellow directors to move us forwards.”
Mark Harper, Park Leisure 2000 Ltd
York-based luxury holiday park operator, Park Leisure 2000 Ltd has appointed Mark Harper as chief executive officer.
Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in hospitality and leisure to the role, gained in positions as joint managing director at Bourne Leisure for Haven Caravan Parks, as well as chief operating officer at Parkdean Resorts.
He is also a non-executive director of the South West-based restaurant chain, Hubbox.
Park Leisure 2000 Ltd operates a 12-strong portfolio of luxury holiday parks, with locations in Cornwall, Wales, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Herefordshire and Northumberland.
Mark succeeds outgoing CEO and co-founder of Park Leisure, Miles Dewhurst, who stepped down in February following 20 years at the helm, but will remain as an active investor in the business.
Mark added: “This is an exciting time to be part of a growing business. As a brand, we offer a real antidote to the intensity of many of our competitors - a more personalised experience with all practicalities taken care of.”
Norman McKenzie, The Grand, York
The Grand, York has appointed Norman McKenzie as its new executive chef.
Norman has been running his own consultancy for the past year and a half, following roles including: group executive chef for the Malhotra Group; head chef of the Feversham Arms Hotel; and executive head chef at Oulton Hall Hotel.
As executive chef at The Grand, York, Norman will oversee all food and beverage operations in the elegant hotel, including casual dining restaurant The Rise, fine-dining at Hudsons and catering for conferences and events.
The Grand’s general manager, Philip Bolson, added: “We are delighted to have Norman onboard to lead our F&B offering. Norman brings with him invaluable experience, expertise and passion.”
