Alder Training secures Matrix Accreditation
Liverpool based Alder Training has been awarded Matrix accreditation in recognition of its support for learners in achieving their goals.
Matrix is a unique quality framework used by organisations to assess and measure their support services and the impact the services have in supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
As part of the assessment 20 learners were interviewed along with 18 staff members and four employers/partners. Alder Training received a wide range of positive feedback, including:
“Partners think Alder is fantastic.” “Alder Training is changing people’s lives.” “Alder Training is totally professional.” Joanne Abraham, Managing Director at Alder Training, said: “We are delighted to announce that we have achieved Matrix accreditation.
“The team worked hard to ensure that everything was in place ahead of our assessment and we could demonstrate our commitment to helping all learners succeed.
“The Matrix accreditation is a great indication to learners and businesses that we are leading provider in the North West.”
Key Areas of Strength in relation to the standards were identified as:
The service is provided with clear leadership and direction (transformational). The organisation establishes effective links with other appropriate partnerships and networks to enhance the service. The organisation uses its resources effectively to deliver the service (transformational). Staff are supported in undertaking continuous professional development and provided with opportunities for career progression. The organisation evaluates the effectiveness of its partnerships and networks to improve the service. The organisation defines quality assurance approaches which are used to improve the service.
