Family Motor Group Shortlisted for Industry Awards

Two of the sites operated by family-owned Swansway Motor Group have been shortlisted for prestigious Motor Trader awards.

Swansway Jaguar in Crewe, shortlisted for the New Dealership of the Year Award 2019 and Swansway Accident Repair Centre, also in Crewe, shortlisted for the Bodyshop of the Year Award 2019.

Director David Smyth commented, “We’re so delighted for both these businesses; as everyone knows the market has been extremely challenging in the motor sector for sometime now, making these achievements even more exceptional”.

“Our Jaguar dealership opened its doors in April 2017, in an area where there had been no Jaguar representation for 50 or so years. As you might imagine, building up this business has not been easy and the whole team at the centre have been absolutely amazing”.

The Swansway Accident Repair Centre continues to be the only bodyshop in the UK approved to repair CFRP, (carbon fibre reinforced polymer) panels. David added, “Over recent years we’ve invested around £1.5 million into our bodyshop and we believe our team is exceptional and completely deserves to be shortlisted for this award”. The two sites will find out if they’ve been successful on 10th July.
