Winning recipe for Billingham kitchen firm with Middlesbrough FC partnership

A Teesside kitchen company is boosting brand awareness through a new partnership with Middlesbrough FC’s Business Club.

Billingham Kitchens has joined the business club of the team in order to promote its brand to over 20,000 of the football club’s supporters.

Founded by home improvement specialists Ann and Ian Goodwillie and their son Frazer in 2012, Billingham Kitchens is led by Frazer alongside director Paul Cook, and specialises in kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom-fitting services.

The partnership will see the firm’s branding displayed at every Middlesbrough FC home game on crowd-facing LED boards at the Riverside Stadium, as well as on StadiumTV screens located within the concourses.

In addition to the LED displays and social media coverage via StatTracker posts that are shared to the Football Club’s official feeds, the firm will have access to exclusive events such as Q&A evenings with former Boro players and tours of the stadium.

Billingham Kitchens director Frazer Goodwillie commented: “We’re very much a locally focussed business, we operate on a B2C basis. We’re both local lads and we both support Middlesbrough.

“We think it’s important to support the club through the Business Club. It’s good for the area. That’s why we got involved.

“Billingham Kitchens joined the Business Club because it was well-packaged. It was attractive to us and hopefully it can give us some good exposure. It helps elevate our status, being associated with the football club.”
