Good news all-round at The Buy to Let Broker

National mortgage specialist, The Buy to Let Broker, celebrated a string of new appointments and promotions to their growing team at their head office in Southport, with the launch of a brand new website earlier this month.

Following a record-breaking start to the year, the Buy to Let experts welcomed several new faces to their roster of mortgage specialists, including the recent appointment of case manager Chris Leek and mortgage specialist Adam Kipling.

Alongside the new hires, the forward-thinking online company has recognised its in-house staff with two major promotions this month. Case manager Sarah Mason has been promoted to team leader, while long-standing team member Fran Bradshaw has also been promoted to senior technical case manager.

Matthew Rowne, co-director at The Buy to Let Broker commented:

“It is great that both Chris and Adam will bring all of their valuable experience within the sphere of finance and Insurance, to the company and we are extremely proud to now boast an 20 strong team of passionate and hard-working specialists. I am confident that both will be great additions to our team, and they have joined at what is an extremely exciting time both for the company, and indeed the specialist Buy to Let industry as a whole.

Recruiting the absolute finest talent possible is an essential part of our ethos, and we continue to source the best talent within the region.

It was also important for us to recognise the hard work and dedication that the existing team have shown over the last few years. Sarah and Fran’s work has been integral to the recent success of the firm and we are excited to see them continue to develop in the coming months.“

Launched in 2013, The Buy to Let Broker offers a range of mortgage products including Buy to Let, Limited Company Mortgages, HMO, Bridging Finance and Residential Mortgages but it has built its reputation for helping landlords with complex requirements.

Earlier this year the company took the decision to bring all of their marketing efforts in-house with the appointment of new head of marketing Dolly Draper. Dolly has been integral to the recent unveiling of a refreshed brand and has been the chief architect behind the launch of an enhanced experience website.

Matt Hardman, co-director at The Buy to Let Broker said:

“In the last 2 years, we have seen a real polarisation in the mortgage market with many brokers heading toward robo-advice – but the complex HMO, limited company and portfolio landlord business we deal with, simply doesn’t lend itself to this algorithm based advice.  Our recent hires and promotions illustrate the human element to our business well, and our new website and CRM systems bring the tech side.  We’re Human Mortgage Experts when all is said and done and we don’t see that changing in our market for a long time.  The entrepreneurial landlords who make up our client base want and need expert advice and have a desire to head into any transaction with their eyes wide open, especially with the current political landscape.  Now is the perfect opportunity to give the brand a facelift to showcase both the team’s success and our future vision for the firm.   As a human first company, it is important that our landlords know that they can trust our service and this is based on far reaching knowledge, not a black and white model.  For us it’s all about integrating decades of financial expertise with the latest technology to give landlords nationwide the absolute best mortgage advice with no exceptions.  Having a tech based internal marketing department now allows us to be as agile as possible and create the very best digital marketing and systems out there.”
