New north Nottinghamshire industrial and business development proves popular with tenants
All 10 units at Centric let within 5 months of completion
Agents overseeing the lease of a new industrial and business development in north Nottinghamshire have celebrated its success with all 10 units occupied within five months after completion.
Centric, which sits as part of the Sherwood Energy Village, Ollerton, is being managed by national property consultancy Commercial Property Partners LLP (CPP); who are also the appointed letting agents alongside Brown & Co.
Developed by CRT Property Investments Ltd, Centric provides a range of units from 2,000 sq.ft. to 5,500 sq.ft. arranged across 3 terraces. The location proved attractive given the quality of the buildings, the easy access to major transport links including the A1 and A614, complimented further by the campus style layout within the gated boundary.
The industrial and business development represents a project that was funded via Local Growth Funding, through the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
Nearby occupiers include the British Red Cross, Centre Parcs HQ, JDA Architects and Tesco.
Sean Bremner from CPP, said: “The quick take up of these units demonstrates the appetite and demand for good quality small commercial premises across our region. It was a pleasure to work with CRT in configuring the layout and seeing the scheme deliver a multitude of occupiers introducing jobs and skill sets to the area”.
Paul White, of Brown & Co added: “We’re pleased to have seen such enthusiasm for the units at Centric – the interest we’ve received highlights the demand for brand new industrial and business space in the East Midlands, and we’re confident that the tenants will be very happy on site.”
