Alloy wheel business drives growth with Watford FC regional partnership

A firm specialising in alloy wheel refurbishment has partnered with Watford FC Regional Partner Programme.

MMAK has joined the club’s regional partner programme in a bid to boost its brand exposure within the Watford FC fanbase and community.

The business, which was founded in 2005 by Milen Makaveev, opened its wheel centre base in 2016 and has worked with the likes of Audi, BMW and Jaguar Land Rover.

As a regional partner for the club, MMAK will see its company logo appear on crowd-facing LED boards at the club’s home ground at Vicarage Road, as well as featuring on StadiumTV screens within the concourses.

In addition to matchday exposure, the business is invited to exclusive partner events and see their logo displayed on StatTracker social media content, which is shared to Watford FC’s official feeds.

Commenting on the partnership, Milen’s son Krasimir, director at MMAK, said: “When you’re connected with a reputable club, that reputation spreads.

“We’ve had quite a few people mention that they’ve seen us at Vicarage Road. In the local area, people have a good understanding of what Watford FC stands for beyond football. For us, being connected to Watford enhances our reputation and gives us a level of trust.

“We’ve met quite a few companies through the Regional Partner Programme: attending the partner events, meeting like-minded businesses from within the local community. When you have so many people that have an influence on the local community coming together to help each other, it has a huge impact.”
