Global recruiter on track for further growth after trebling size of Leeds HQ
A global recruitment specialist has expanded its Yorkshire office by moving into new premises in Leeds city centre.
Executive search and recruitment firm TS Grale has relocated its Leeds office to a new 1,500 sq ft suite on King Street in the city’s financial district.
Founded in 2016 by Jason Saunders and Paul Fleming, TS Grale specialises in recruiting for roles within construction and the built environment, as well as consumer sectors including food and drink, packaging and non-food FMCG.
Previously based in a smaller unit within the same building, the firm has experienced a period of growth, and is on target to grow turnover to over £2m this year as well as increase its headcount over the next two years.
Paul Fleming, co-founder and director at TS Grale, said: “Over the last three and a half years, we have grown quickly and established a global client base, as well as a solid reputation for recruiting exceptional talent across a wide range of industries.
“As a result, we are now expanding our team and this new office gives us the space we need to continue growing. It incorporates meeting rooms, a kitchen and break out area for our team, as well as other facilities in the wider building, including an impressive reception area, showers and cycle storage.
“When this is combined with the building’s central location, just a short walk from the railway station and within easy reach of all Leeds’ amenities, it’s the ideal base as we embark on our next phase of growth.”
