Newcastle software firm expands reach in social housing market with new acquisition
A Newcastle-headquartered software firm has expanded its reach into the social housing and contractor markets with its latest acquisition.
Orchard Information Systems Ltd has acquired repair and maintenance software company InterNETalia as part of its ongoing expansion.
The deal sees Orchard acquire InterNETalia’s flagship product AccuServ, which delivers housing repairs management solutions for housing organisations and contractors.
Founded in 1997, InterNETalia develops ERP and contract job management software solutions used by housing organisations, contractors, the steel stockholding industry, and the heating, plumbing and electrical sectors.
