KDR Announces Amsterdam Expansion to Counter Brexit

KDR Recruitment Ltd, the original data, technology and analytics recruiter, has announced plans to expand into the Netherlands to offset potential issues that could be caused by the UK leaving the EU later this month.

The firm has appointed seasoned recruiter, Tom Brookshaw, with the express purpose of developing the firm’s offering in data, technology and analytics recruitment in the Netherlands.

In addition to continuing to spearhead operations from the firm’s new head-quarters in Knutsford, Cheshire, KDR will also focus on the Netherlands, which it has identified as a key market for the specialised services it offers.

CEO of KDR Recruitment, Mark Dexter, commented: “The data, technology and analytics fields are booming in the Netherlands and there are an increasing number of appealing opportunities for us in this market. With the move out of the EU now a certainty for the UK, it is even more important that we secure our ability to serve European markets and our clients who are based or have operations there.

“Amsterdam has the potential to take over from London as the major centre for data, technology and analytics recruitment and we are ready to be a part of that success.”

KDR Recruitment currently has 25 people and is expecting to expand over the coming months, with plans to hire a further 4 trainee recruitment consultants in January 2020.
