And they celebrated it in style by rewarding their staff for their hard work and dedication by throwing a huge birthday party to remember at the prestigious Chatsworth House in Derbyshire.
Established in Q1 2010, during the global economic recession, Elevation Recruitment Group has stood out from the crowd since day one and delivered significant exponential growth every year for 10 years straight. Since launching 10 years ago, they have had a significant impact on the local economy across Yorkshire, placing over 12,000 candidates and helped thousands of local businesses grow and thrive by matching them with the best employees in the market. Elevation has used its niche position as a dedicated and specialist local recruiter to grow rapidly and its own headcount has increased from 4 employees in its infancy to over 75 employees across two regional offices today. Despite the challenging economic times, it has gone on to quadruple its annual turnover in the last five years alone!
