Leeds office space secures ‘significant’ letting following £2m revamp
A central Leeds office building has secured a ‘significant’ letting after undergoing a £2m refurbishment.
Sanderson Solutions Group, which specialises in recruitment and consulting, have taken 990 sq ft at the front of 36 Park Row on the ground floor of the seven-storey building.
Ben Morley of Sanderson Solutions commented: “As an expanding team with big ambitions, we needed to find a bigger office space and somewhere we could make our own.
“From our previous home in serviced offices at St. Pauls House, Park Square, we are now moving to a newly refurbished space, which we can truly put our own stamp on and reflect our brand.
“Perception is everything and our new space will give visiting clients a positive first impression and set our business in the right light.”
Specialist UK real estate asset and investment manager Catella APAM acquired the building in November 2017, and has since carried out two phases of refurbishment, costing £1m each.
This latest letting was brokered by the Leeds office of global property consultancy Knight Frank. Victoria Harris of the office agency team of Knight Frank added: “This letting is a resounding endorsement of the investment APAM has made in 36 Park Row.
“36 Park Row enjoys a superb central location in the city, which is always popular with occupiers who are attracted by the proximity to the station, the business and retail quarters with plenty of first-class amenities close by.”
