This week's Yorkshire appointments

Frankie DeGiorgio and Lewis Trott, Front

Creative agency Front has promoted Frankie DeGeorgio to creative director and appointed Lewis Trott as designer.

Frankie joined the firm from WPA Pinfold, and over the past three years has focused on campaign and branding work for the agency’s roster of clients including Costcutter, Everbuild and Legoland Discovery Centre.

Frankie commented: “I’ve learnt and developed so much over the past three years so being promoted to creative director is a fantastic step in my career and is one that I’m grabbing with both hands.”

Chris David, director at Front, added: “Since she arrived, Frankie has been an integral part of our team.

“Her creative insight and strategic thinking have become invaluable assets to the agency so this promotion is hugely deserved.”

Lewis joins Front from Muraspec Wallcoverings, prior to which he studied design at Norwich University of Art.

Commenting on his new role, Lewis said: “What attracted me to Front most was its varied portfolio of clients and its strong mix of first class design and insight.

“I’m really looking forward to now kick-starting my agency career.”

Chris Brown, FibreNation

Full-fibre wholesaler FibreNation has appointed Chris Brown as regional development manager.

Before his move to FibreNation, Chris had a ten-year stint at E.on, where he was part of the team that launched the firm’s commercial electric vehicle scheme and worked on a number of ‘smart cities’ projects.

Chris will cover the North, meeting local authorities, housing developers and businesses to develop a range of opportunities in order to connect premises to the growing network in FibreNation’s current and future towns and cities.

Paul Crane, head of engagement and rollout of FibreNation, commented: “Chris joins us at an exciting and pivotal time for the business, as we rapidly accelerate our growth and continue in our commitment to connecting the UK to full fibre – which we firmly believe is the fourth utility we’ve all been waiting for.

“He brings with him a wealth of experience that will enable us to bolster the company’s expansion over the coming years as we have big plans in place to deliver the full fibre network to as many homes and businesses in the UK as possible.”

Chris added: “It’s exciting to be joining FibreNation at a time when we are seeing a gear change in the UK’s full fibre rollout.

“Full fibre is not only really positive for households but businesses and local economies too, so I’m really keen to work within communities, speaking to local authorities and businesses about the significant benefits that full fibre will bring to them, to make their location a more attractive place to live, visit or do business.”

Matt Griffin, Liam Bendelow and Andy Foot, Dale Office Interiors

Commercial interior design and fit out company Dale Office Interiors has made three new appointments to its team.

Matt Griffin has been appointed as estimating assistant and surveyor, Liam Bendelow joins as financial controller and Andy Foot has come onboard as head of design & build.

Dale Office Interiors has drastically boosted its internal resource with three new hires as the company continues to grow.

Matt brings a decade of industry experience to his role, Liam has 15 years of finance and accountancy knowledge to the team, and Andy brings over 25 years of commercial interiors experience.

David Bricknell, managing director of Dale Office Interiors, commented: “This is an exciting time for Dale Office Interiors; our design skills and extremely high fit-out standards are driving major growth, and our team needs to grow in all areas to accommodate it.

“Having three new team members from bringing a combined 50 years of experience to the team means we’re adding not only resource to the business, but also fresh ideas, skills, experience and diversity of strategic thinking and approach.

“Our clients will immediately feel the benefit of this growth and we’re not even done growing yet.”

“SCALA already has an extensive and well-respected reputation in the supply chain and logistics sectors and I’m looking forward to furthering its position as the go-to provider for businesses’ warehousing and logistics needs.”
