Stoke Dealership does the Double

Football may be cancelled for the moment but that’s not stopped local family-owned dealership, Stoke Audi, doing the double, scooping the top two awards in their area, from Audi UK.

Audi UK tracks the performance of all its centres across the UK, paying particular attention to the excellence of customer service, the awards that come from this tracking are known as the Q Power awards and Stoke Audi has won two.

Delighted Head of Business at the dealership, Neil Rimmer, explained, “Audi UK track a large number of key performance indicators across the year and award centres which have maintained excellent levels of service across the year”.

“We’re delighted to have won both the awards in our area, showing that our wonderful team is delivering really great service to our customers, so I’m saying a big thank you to our very hard working team, who go above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy”.

The dealership is part of family-owned and run Swansway Motor Group, which has six Audi centres from Stoke and Stafford sites in the Midlands up to Carlisle Audi in the North.
