New online fitness service launches to help people exercise at home!

New online fitness service launches to help people exercise at home! REGIONAL fitness provider elite: has announced a brand-new programme and innovative fitness app which aim to offer the wider public energetic, mood boosting workouts from home.

The new four-week elite: home challenge offers clients a range of benefits in the comfort of their own home despite the restrictions of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The company is also launching a brand new app, available on Apple and Android, which means clients can track their fitness progress wherever they are.

The new elite: app syncs with ‘wearables’ such as the Apple Watch and Fitbit. Users are also able to upload their own progress including before and after photos and ‘selfie weigh ins’ – where they can post a video of them stepping on the scales for the first time.

As more and more people begin to work from home across the UK, socially distance themselves or isolate, the elite: team are keen to ensure that people don’t put their fitness on hold and still have access to high-quality workouts alongside personal coaching and a supportive fitness community.

Paul Alexander, Founder of elite:, said: “We know it’s an extremely challenging time for people across the UK and we wanted to extend the elite: community to reach people who may be socially distancing, working from home or isolating themselves.

“As the Coronavirus situation develops, we know that many people will need ways to boost their mood and stay active. Our clients tell us that our lively and energetic workouts in the studio get them pumped for the day ahead, so we’re confident our home-based programme will do the same and really get people moving.

“We’re in a privileged position to provide a little support to people during what could be a lonely time, so we hope people enjoy the sessions.”

Clients on the new programme will each receive a dedicated personal coach who’ll be in touch to offer unrivalled one to one support each day.

Those taking part can enjoy two live stream or video work outs every day (over 50 workouts per month) as well as three weekly fun family workouts (suitable for all the family), an easy to follow meal plan, a weekly online weigh in, access to the ‘on demand’ workout library for the four week period and additional video content including fitness tests, technique videos and daily mindset videos! Clients will also be given regularly positive living tips and mindfulness coaching in difficult times.

Paul added: “The programme is great for people wanting to maintain their fitness and well-being but also for people wanting to lose excess weight and achieve fantastic results.

“Clients taking part can achieve a 10lb loss in 4 weeks and for many people this is something they’re keen to do at home now they won’t be able to work out in a studio or gym as they usually would.

“We’re thrilled to be able to launch our new app alongside the home-based online programme as we know this is something that will help our clients stay on top of their fitness goal and smash their targets.” The new challenge is suitable for all and offers two levels of intensity for the workouts, high or low. The team hope the family workouts will be helpful for those whose young children will be indoors following the new national school closures.
