Sunderland tech firm set to grow workforce after securing six-figure deals
A North East technology firm is planning to expand its workforce after securing a raft of new contracts.
Sunderland-based business Mesma, has won a range of new orders worth an undisclosed six-figure sum for its subscription-based insightQ technology.
Established in 2013, Mesma specialises in specialist online education software for a range of government agencies, colleges and training providers.
The new contracts, which include consultancy work, cover working with the National Training Fund, established by Royal Decree in Oman, to oversee the national growth of technical and vocational education.
Mesma intends to expand its team later in the year to meet the growing national and international demand for its products.
Mesma director Louise Doyle commented: “Digital solutions like ours can help to manage the complexity and costs of processes far better than paper-based systems.
“We will continue to invest to support our growth ambitions, ensuring that we are well-placed to provide our customers with the effective products they need as things return to some sense of normality and start to ramp-up.
“We’re looking forward to progressing some innovative projects over the next 12 months with like-minded North East businesses.”
