‘Luxury’ housing development on Northumberland coast reaches completion
A new development of ‘luxury’ homes in a Northumberland coastal village has reached completion.
The Parkburn Court development in the village of Craster has been launched following completion of construction.
Designed by architect IDPartnership-northern, the development comprises six four-bedroom detached homes, which have been brought to market by Bradley Hall Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents.
Bradley Hall new homes manager, Kathryn Kent commented: “We are delighted to be marketing these outstanding new homes at a time in which properties in coastal locations are in such high demand.
“Craster is a welcoming coastal village in Northumberland which is a great location for commuters thanks to easy access to the A1 – it is also only six miles north-east of the town of Alnwick.
“We’ve certainly experienced a surge of interest for properties across Northumberland as our residential operations and specialist new homes department each go from strength to strength.”
Keith Dillon, partner at IDPartnership-northern, added: “IDPartnership-northern is delighted to have been involved in such a high quality contemporary residential development.
“Providing new homes in such a beautiful location on the Northumberland coast is fantastic.”
