Leading Creative Agency Shortlisted for Creative Bath Award
Creative Agency, Sparkloop, has been shortlisted as a finalist at the Creative Bath Awards 2020 in the Agency of the Year Category.
The announcement comes just one year after Sparkloop moved into its central Bath offices with a keen desire to become more embedded in the creative community, so being shortlisted for this award has been a real positive for the team.
Sparkloop delivers branding, digital and video projects for businesses and brands the world over and is working hard to bring some of that expertise back to Bath in working with local businesses.
The Creative Bath Awards showcases Bath’s brilliant creative and tech businesses and individuals and are tightly contested. Winning a Creative Bath Award is a powerful accolade and a panel of independent Judges decides on the winners.
Due to be held on June 11, the awards were postponed due to Lockdown and will now take place on Thursday 27 August as a virtual event. Gayle Carpenter, Creative Director of Sparkloop, reacted: “To be shortlisted for this award after only a year in Bath, surrounded by such exceptional competition, is so exciting for our team who have all worked so hard to become a more proactive part of the local network.
We believe if our profile is raised locally, we can put more back into the local area and the Creative Bath Awards is such a fantastic platform to do this from. It will hopefully help us embed ourselves further into the South West and build new relationships and collaborations.
We have a lot to offer and this is just the beginning.“
The Awards are organised by Creative Bath and are a representation of its main aims: to support local creative and tech companies; to share creative excellence, helping the sector to thrive; and to highlight that Bath is a leading creative city.
Established in 2004, Sparkloop has successfully delivered bespoke design and communication strategies for brands and businesses across the UK and overseas, with long-standing clients including Red Bull, The Prince’s Trust and HomeServe.
Founded by design and branding specialist, Gayle Carpenter, the firm is headquartered in Camden, London, with a South West regional office based in Bath, Somerset.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the agency has launched its complimentary Virtual ‘Spark-Up Sessions’ initiative, designed to help businesses quickly solve problems and identify achievable outcomes when establishing a clear and effective digital brand presence.
The success of this initiative is demonstrated by the agency’s recent work with South West based start-up, DD Aggregates, where the Sparkloop team delivered a full branding and digital project that has enabled the business to successfully launch on 28th July.
The launch of ‘Spark-Up Sessions’ followed research into how SMEs view their digital brand presence, culminating in an insightful SME Digital Brand Presence Report.
