Also new to the industry, Jess Skevington joins the firm as a resourcing administrator. In her new position, she will be supporting the day-to-day running of the company with administration tasks and will be regularly updating vital platforms on the company’s databases.

“We are incredibly pleased with our dedicated team who have worked so hard to build and shape the company to what it is today. The COVID-19 situation has had a direct effect on the economy and the need for recruitment and it’s difficult to know what the future holds, but our team are braced for this and understand that our offering needs to be as flexible as possible for the rapidly changing needs of the industry, and that services need to be easily accessible at all times for those that need it.”

I’m looking forward to a new challenge in this position, and relish having the opportunity to learn new methods of working and getting to know new sectors. I have great communication skills and a good work ethic, and I feel that my previous sales and recruitment experience will really benefit the company and help in generating new business and candidates.”
On her new role with Recruit 2 You, Georgina said: “I love the family orientated culture of the business and I feel that there is an opportunity to grow within the company.
