138-home housing development takes shape in Teesside
Construction work on a new housing scheme just outside of Middlesbrough is nearing the halfway mark.
Housebuilder Bellway Durham is almost halfway through work on the Roseberry Manor development in Nunthorpe.
Comprising 138 homes, the scheme will offer a range of three bedroom properties as well as two four-bed showhomes.
Construction work on site started in 2017 and is set to finish by 2022, with half of the homes at Roseberry Manor already sold.
Sales manager for Bellway Durham, Oliver Wray, commented: “The additional three-bedroom homes at Roseberry Manor will help to ensure that we are meeting the needs of local buyers.
“So far, we’ve seen a real mixture in the demographics of buyers on site, with single occupants and young couples through to retirees, as well as families with young children through to teenagers.
“Nunthorpe is a very sought-after place to live, and the homes we are building here overlook the countryside and surrounding hills. The development is also conveniently located for accessing major transport routes to neighbouring towns.”
