A trio of firms have become the latest to expand at Whitfield Court in Meadowfield on the outskirts of Durham.

Wellsprings Properties has assisted in the expansion of Second to None Care Limited at the park, as well as welcoming Yorkshire Groundworks and Positive Directions N.E. to the development.

Second to None Care provide care services across the county, while Positive Directions N.E. is a training provider and Yorkshire Groundworks specialises in civil engineering.

Kevin Whitfield, managing director at Wellsprings Properties, commented: “Given the current challenging market conditions these deals signifies confidence in the accommodation available at Whitfield Court.

“We are delighted to assist with the expansion of one of our existing tenants and welcome two new companies.”

Aidan Baker, senior director of Newcastle office agency at BNP Paribas Real Estate, and joint letting agent commented: “These lettings follows swiftly from the accommodation being made available earlier this year and shows there is still demand for good quality refurbished accommodation in an excellent business location.”
