York developer launches new apartments in Hudson Quarter development

A York developer has announced that it has launched new apartments to the market.

Palace Capital, which is leading the development at Hudson Quarter in York, has released apartments in the Victoria building following “strong” sales.

The Palace Capital development features four buildings set around a landscaped courtyard, including three residential buildings and one 35,000 sq ft office building.

The main contractor on the site is Caddick Construction and completion is expected in spring 2021.

Hudson Moody and Carter Jonas are joint residential agents on the development.

Ben Hudson, from Hudson Moody, commented: “The interest in new homes on this site has been very encouraging and this will only continue as the scaffolding is removed and people can see the whole development taking shape.

“With less than six months left of work to complete the whole site, we are expecting lots of interest in the Victoria building now it has been released.

“This development is unique in York and offers fantastic quality homes, in an unbeatable location.”

The office element of the scheme is being marketed by JLL and Sanderson Weatherall.
