JSR Genetics extends relationship with BuddyCRM to enhance sales activity
The UK’s leading pig genetics and farming specialists, JSR Genetics, has extended its contract with Customer Relationship Management [CRM] provider, BuddyCRM, following a successful overhaul of its sales and customer engagement processes.
Headquartered in East Yorkshire, JSR Genetics is an established global brand in profitable pig production, boasting an unparalleled range of top-quality breeding stock supported by an exemplary health scheme and total biosecurity.
Having formed an initial relationship with the tech provider in 2016 to implement a series of improvements to its sales system, BuddyCRM and JSR Genetics have since established a strong working relationship which has resulted in the replacement of an old, unsupported livestock solution to allow greater visibility of its sales pipeline, together with enhanced customer communication.
Delivered by bespoke CRM technology, JSR Genetics also benefitted from the introduction of account management tools, providing quick access to information on spend, invoice status and products purchased.
In signing an additional 3-year contract, JSR Genetics will now continue to benefit from increased operational efficiencies, with scope for further growth and scalability.
