Ophelia Blake appoints brand manager for business growth
Interior design studio, Ophelia Blake, based in Lincoln, has announced the appointment of Eleanor Sweeney as its new Brand Manager. Eleanor will work alongside founder and CEO, Scarlett Blakey, to lead Ophelia Blake’s ambitious growth plans.
Ophelia Blake’s clients receive a bespoke, carefully considered consultancy service, with a passion and attention to detail that are second to none. From classic elegance to vibrant and daring interiors that celebrate art, texture and colour, Ophelia Blake designs are inspired by an intricate understanding of design trends and timeless luxury.
Eleanor, 25, boasts an impressive track record having previously studied Interior Design at Northumbria University. Specialising in the hospitality industry, Eleanor worked on projects from concept stage through to completion on site, developing innovative concepts and working on projects for well-known breweries and chain companies including Mitchells & Butlers Admiral Taverns and Marston’s & Youngs. Eleanor has also worked across both independent interiors and national retailers. In addition, Eleanor has also been involved in award winning projects such as the Northern Design Awards for best commercial interior design project under £500k.
Her appointment comes as Ophelia Blake officially launches to the public. Eleanor’s new role will range from project management to technical drawings and interior design across the residential, commercial and creative spaces.
On her appointment, Eleanor comments; “I was instantly impressed by Ophelia Blake’s portfolio and design team. I’m a maximalist - colour, colour and more colour! Putting schemes together which are full of patterns and textures make me happy and fill my heart with soul. The more wild the better. I am thrilled to be part of the business and help grow Ophelia Blake to become market leaders. “
CEO Scarlett Blakey, adds: “I am delighted that Eleanor has joined us. She brings some incredibly strong knowledge and a vibrant personality and experience that will be vital for us as we continue our ambitious plans.”
