Innovative digital marketing analytics platform expands team to help drive industry change
Innovative digital marketing analytics platform, Beacon, has expanded its team with the appointment of a new digital marketing manager.
Suzanne Trainer joins Beacon following an extensive career in digital marketing, including multiple in-house head of marketing positions, followed by senior agency roles.
In joining the Beacon team, Suzanne will be responsible for the development of a proactive marketing strategy, which will be instrumental in building awareness of the platform and directly engaging with core target audiences, including digital marketing agencies and marketing professionals.
Co-founded by entrepreneurs Nigel Bridges, Mike Townend and Stewart Boutcher in 2016, Beacon is a marketing analytics platform that helps users manage and improve their campaigns. Beacon monitors campaign traffic across all channels in one dashboard, with click fraud detection enabling users to understand exactly how much of their digital advertising budget is wasted by bot clicks and ultimately distorting results.
Unlike competing optimisation and analytics platforms, Beacon is the only tool on the market that tells users exactly how much of their budget was wasted on bot clicks, enabling organisations to optimise spend and transform digital ROI based on data they can trust.
Despite the current challenge of COVID-19, Suzanne joins Beacon at an exciting time as increasing numbers of marketing professionals are waking up to the impact of fraudulent bots, the resultant poor quality of analytics data, and an ongoing inability to accurately measure digital marketing ROI.
Suzanne commented, “I am truly excited to join Beacon at this stage of its growth. I look forward to raising awareness of the value it brings to marketing campaign management and reporting as well as the bigger picture ‘transparent data reporting’ which is unique to Beacon.”
Nigel Bridges, co-founder and CEO of Beacon, added: “Billions of pounds are spent annually on online advertising with little authentication to verify that audiences have actually viewed the ads that the advertiser has paid for. Beacon was, therefore, developed to bring about positive change by delivering accurate insights that empower users to take back control based on independent, unbiased data.
“We strongly believe in the value of the Beacon platform and its ability to help marketing professionals deliver true ROI and are, therefore, delighted to welcome Suzanne to the team and feel she will fundamental in helping us increase awareness of both the problem and solution, driving new users both UK and worldwide.”
Listed by Tech Nation as one 16 top AI companies to watch out for in 2020, Beacon is part of software development group, Beaconsoft Limited.
The firm is driven by a proven board of directors with extensive experience in the tech and artificial intelligence sectors, supported by seasoned investors that recognise the potential of the Beacon platform.
