Grace Porter, Pardus Fixed Income Bond
Pardus Fixed Income Bond has announced that it has appointed a new account manager.
Grace Porter joins Pardus following a six-year career with US investment bank JP Morgan, and brings a wealth of financial services expertise to the new role.
Based full-time in Pardus’ Mayfair office, her responsibilities will include nurturing new investor relationships, working with the company’s broker network, managing accounts, correlating figures and proactively building her own client base.

Yasmin Borain, Tribal Worldwide London
Total experience agency Tribal Worldwide London has appointed Yasmin Borain as its new chief experience officer.
Yasmin joins Tribal from digital business transformation company, Publicis Sapient London, where she was creative director of experience design.
She has worked with and reinvented some of the world’s most well-known brands, including Bang & Olfusen, British Airways, HSBC, Nike and Unilever.
Yasmin commented: “Tribal Worldwide has an experienced team with leading-edge processes and thinking to help clients navigate today’s challenges and drive greater impact and meaning.

Gary Jobe, Cheil UK
Digital marketing and advertising agencies Cheil UK has announced that it has recruited Gary Jobe as its new head of technology.
Gary has more than 20 years’ experience designing and delivering innovative technology solutions, joining from Havas UK, where he was group head of technology for almost five years.
Prior to this role, he held similar technology head positions at Proximity London, Sky, and Ogilvy where he implemented a wide range of interactive products, ranging from large web infrastructure builds to innovation-driven projects and scalable technology solutions.
Gary commented: “I’m excited to join Cheil UK as head of technology, especially at this point in time where digital and technology is urgently at the forefront of our clients’ business needs.
“Cheil, as a global business, has an enviable legacy being at the cutting edge of technology for almost five decades, and I’m thrilled to have been passed the baton and lead the next technology chapter for the UK agency.”

Ben Jeavons, Beaverswood
A signage company has announced that it has appointed a new manager to support its growth.
Ben Jeavons joins Beaverswood, in Toutley Rd, as reseller development manager.
In the new tole, Ben will expand the breadth of advice and support services to distributors of the company’s range of industrial and commercial workplace labelling and signage, waste segregation and 5S visual communication systems.
Chris Bevis, strategic account manager at Beaverswood, commented: “[Ben] will be a key addition to the team as we continue to invest in our reseller channel, providing them with the tools, resources and expertise that will raise the standard when it comes to supplier support in this sector.
“We are committed to hiring the best industry talent available to support planned strategic growth, so it’s fantastic to have him on board at this time with his strong industry experience, ambition and track record in reseller customer development.”
Peter Holdstock, Weston Homes
Weston Homes has announced that it has appointed Peter Holdstock as construction director for London and the South West Region.
Peter joins Weston Homes having worked in the construction industry for over 20 years.
In his new role, Peter will manage the construction process for a number of key new developments and will work across a number of different residential and mixed-use schemes in London and the South West of England, overseeing the building process and ensuring construction deadlines are met.
Peter joins Weston Homes from Redrow Homes where he worked for the past five years as a senior project manager and then as a construction manager.
Before that, Peter worked at Weston Homes between the years of 2008 and 2015. Whilst there he was promoted from site manager to project manager.
