Aimee Howard, Knight Frank
Estate agency Knight Frank has appointed Aimee Howard as an associate.
Working in the firm’s residential development valuation and advisory team in Leeds, Aimee joins from Cushman & Wakefield.
James Milner, head of the valuation and advisory team in Leeds, commented: “We are delighted that Aimee is bringing her specialist experience to our growing team. She will help us to provide valuation advice to a wide range of stakeholders including landowners, house builders, developers, investors and funders.

Georgia Butler, Rob Ordish and Melissa Povey, BG Energy Solutions (BGES)
Yorkshire BG Energy Solutions (BGES) has welcomed three new staff to its management team.
The firm has appointed Georgia Butler as head of service, Rob Ordish as senior project manager and Melissa Povey as business and governance manager.
Georgia has experience in the property services and maintenance sector, most recently as customer performance manager at Morgan Sindall where she led responsibility for day to day management and administrative compliance.
Georgia explained: “At my interview I saw just how positive the teams were to work at BGES and I knew it was a company where I could remain for years to come. I am delighted to join BGES and further improve service delivery, with an aim to helping grow the business.”
Rob brings with him over 18 years’ experience in the building controls industry, including nine years at Demma Controls as operations manager.
Rob commented: “BGES invests in its people at all levels of the business – that really resonates with me as I started my career on a fantastic apprenticeship scheme. I’m excited to be part of the BGES team as they expand their technology and service offering.”
Melissa has quality and compliance experience in the construction industry, including creating new process and reporting structures, policy writing and streamlining operating systems.
Commenting on her appointment, Melissa said: “BGES is a company that is constantly innovating, so it’s great to be joining them at this important point in their journey. I’m looking forward to helping them develop robust business practices that are fit for their future ambitions.”

Shonola Box, Wolfstar
Creative agency Wolfstar has appointed Shonola Box to strengthen its digital marketing offering.
A graduate of Southampton Solent University, Shonola, has previously worked in-house at brands, specialising in PPC, SEO and digital analysis.
Shonola is joining Wolfstar working on new account wins including Hooting Owl Distillery and IFSCC Congress and will provide specialist advice on reports and measurement for all clients.
Director Claire Lomax commented: “We are delighted to welcome Shonola, who brings wide ranging skills to our team. She will help us deliver a full set of communications services completely in house… an offer not many agencies can deliver these days.”

Ioana Dobos, Modo25
Digital marketing agency, Modo25 has appointed Ioana Dobos as performance marketing executive.
Ioana, previously of Propaganda agency, will work with performance marketing manager Alex Jackson on Modo25’s affiliate marketing campaigns.
Alex commented: “We’re extremely pleased to welcome Ioana to the Modo25 team. We’ve had several successes with our affiliate marketing services which means we’re actively expanding the performance marketing team.
“Ioana will be a huge asset and I’m looking forward to working with her on our client campaigns.”

Neil Jones, Christeyns UK
Hygiene chemical manufacturer Christeyns UK has appointed Neil Jones as managing director.
Neil joined Christeyns UK in December 2019, responsible for delivering strategy in a dual role across both the professional hygiene and food and beverage arms of the business.
With a degree from Loughborough University and a professional background in commercial management, Neil held leadership roles with national companies such as Unilever, Robert McBride and R&R prior to joining the firm.
Neil takes over from Nick Garthwaite, who is retiring from the role of MD after ten years at the helm of the company.
Neil commented: “Christeyns is a unique business with a reputation for excellence and a strong customer service ethos. I am delighted to take on the challenge of continuing the prosperity of the company and to lead the next chapter in its growth and development.”
Retiring managing director Nick added: “It is an amazing business and I have been fortunate to work with a talented and passionate group of people.
“Neil is the perfect candidate to take over, highly experienced in the manufacturing industry, knowing the business and our people well. I have no doubt that he will lead Christeyns onward to new heights.”
