Housebuilder creates more than 100 homes with first Bromley project
A UK housebuilder has announced that it is creating more than 100 homes in its first Bromley development.
CALA Homes will be bringing the collection of 112 new homes to Beckenham this spring, as well as 24 one and two bedroom apartments.
The development is CALA’s first in the London and Kent area, with the company including open spaces and children’s play areas.
Hannah Colbran, head of sales and marketing for CALA Homes South Home Counties, commented: “As a five star housebuilder, CALA is well-renowned for building high quality homes and we are very excited to be extending our offering into the London Borough of Bromley for the first time.
“We will be bringing an impressive range of homes to the local property market, promoting aspirational living within a leafy suburban setting.
“From first-time buyers looking to use Help to Buy on properties up to £600k, to professional couples or growing families seeking to enhance their living space, Langley Court will have something for everyone.
“Beckenham is a highly desirable area, so we’d encourage those eager to embrace the aspirational lifestyle on offer to register their interest now, making sure they are top of the list when the first homes are released for sale.”
