Cannock businessman Philip strikes gold for customer satisfaction
Oven valeting firm, Ovenu Cannock, has received the highest possible honour in the inaugural Trustist awards which recognises outstanding customer service.
The business, run by Philip Drury, picked up a gold award after attracting only maximum five-star reviews on the online customer ratings platform.
For Philip, who only established the business in 2019, the accolade reflects his own high standards and attention to detail.
He said: “The business is founded on delivering a great service and there is no higher praise than from those who matter most, my clients.
“It’s an honour that this has been recognised by Trustist in its Top Performing Franchisee category, and I’m proud to have received a gold rating.”
Before joining Ovenu, the father-of-two enjoyed a successful career as a commercial property agent but wanted to fulfil a long-held ambition to set up his own business.
He added: “I’d really like to say a big thank you to my clients because without their positive feedback, I wouldn’t have won this award.”
Nigel Apperley, chief executive of Trustist, said: “It is important to recognise that individual franchisees like Philip play a huge part in building a good reputation for an overall brand.”
Rik Hellewell, the founder and managing director of Ovenu, added: “Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance.
“These awards are testament to the fact that Philip provides a service that people trust, and I’m proud of the top-class work and excellent customer service she delivers on a daily basis. These awards are confirmation of that.”
Ovenu Cannock continues to accept bookings at its discretion, with the strict stipulation that both parties observe the two-metre social distancing rule, along with guidelines on hygiene and cleanliness.
As well as Cannock, the business also covers Rugeley, Great Wyrley, Penkridge, Bishop’s Wood, Wheaton Aston, and surrounding areas.
