Leeds marketing agency announces hiring plans following office move
A Leeds marketing agency has announced hiring plans as they prepare to move into Leeds City Centre.
Circus PPC recently confirmed its plan to expand into the newly refurbished Tailors Corner on Thirsk Row following several client wins and the recent hire of a Brand Communications Manager.
Founder and managing director, Rick Tobin, said: “There’s no shortage of agencies in Leeds and the surrounding areas, and moving into the city centre was the next logical step for us in order to position ourselves as serious competitors that people are keen to work for.
“We believe that putting ourselves at the heart of the action, along with a focus on our online brand awareness is the perfect way to attract quality candidates who can help to take our business to the next level.”
Following the pandemic, the agency also shares how it has made changes to working practices in order to suit individuals as part of the wider plan to bring on more talent.
Rick continued: “We don’t live to work, we work to live. We appreciate that everyone has different needs, different lives and different expectations when it comes to a work-life balance, and we want to make life as easy as possible for our staff
“Which is why we operate a ‘work from anywhere’ policy, and prioritise staff wellbeing following a difficult couple of years.”
