Newcastle design agency increases turnover by 200 per cent in two years
A Newcastle design agency has increased its turnover by 200 per cent after joining forces with a London firm.
At the beginning of 2020 BEOM linked up with London commerce solution innovators E2X. The partnership enables a “360° approach” to UX design and composable commerce retail platforms for global luxury brands.
As a result of this partnership, BEOM and E2X have delivered several projects including digital experiences for German skincare brand Dr. Barbara Sturm and luxury Swedish brand Carpe Diem Beds.
To assist with the growing client base, BEOM has appointed new roles in design and user experience. Co-founder Andrew Young says, “Designing a digital experience for a brand needs to complement the physical experience of its products and offerings.
“This is where we believe our combined approach offers invaluable solutions to that offered by traditional agencies. Over the last two years we’ve seen over a 200 per cent increase in our turnover which has allowed us to invest in our team and provide a bigger and better service for our clients.”
Aimee Thompson, co-founder of BEOM, added: ’Working closely with E2X means we can achieve a truly holistic approach to user experience design. It enables us to deliver a very strong ROI for the global brand we work with, helping them to adapt quickly to changing business and product needs.“
Matt Gould, client director at E2X, said: “Working with BEOM has enabled us to deliver best in class customer-centric solutions for our clients. We will continue to invest in the partnership in order to meet the demand for composable commerce as clients move away from older, monolithic solutions.”
