The EASy Way to Managing Automation
Endpoint Automation Services (EAS), robotic process automation (RPA) specialist, has launched the EASy Way to provide a managed delivery and support service to businesses who are using automation technologies.
EASy Way offers monthly bespoke packages designed to meet specific needs and budgets. Packages give access to expertise and support whether a business has recently introduced automation and needs guidance, or is experienced in using the processes and systems and requires additional resource.
The managed delivery team service has a range of skills including business analysts, solution architects, project managers and developers who are available for a set number of hours per month.
Packages are also available to meet medium, complex or critical needs on a proactive or reactive basis, and to support specific projects which are focused on improving processes and productivity.
Russell Lawrie, EAS Commercial Director, said: “EASy Way packages are responding to a need for those businesses who are using RPA and don’t necessarily want to invest in having an in-house support resource.
“Through this new service we are able to provide easy access to specialists and additional resources, when needed, to assist with specific projects, processes or issues no matter the budget, maturity or complexity of the project.”
Training services are also available as part of EASy Way. In-person or virtual training is provided by experienced instructors and access to an online training course for self-paced learning is free to clients. EAS is also able to use its knowledge to offer recruitment services for when businesses want to build an in-house team.
