Housing association boosts its new executive management team
Housing association Livin, has completed appointing to its new executive management team following the appointment of new chief executive Alan Boddy in September 2021.
Two additional directors have been added to the team, strengthening the leadership capacity to take forward Livin’s ambitious transformation and growth plans and deliver vital customer focused core housing and support services to tenants and local communities.
Graham Darby was appointed in December 2021 as Livin’s executive director of housing and communities and has over 25 years’ experience in the housing industry delivering housing management, maintenance and support services. Graham is a passionate advocate for safe, warm, quality homes and positive change in local communities.
Paul Stephens is the newest appointment to the team joining Sean Brodie, executive director of finance and investment and Helen Darby, executive lead – transformation. Paul joins Livin with a wealth of experience in strategy development, governance, IT, risk management and business continuity. In his new role Paul will focus on transforming corporate services and leading organisational change programmes that improve the lives of tenants
