UK AI digital training provider expands into South East Asia
Duco Digital has announced it has signed an agreement with Malaysia’s 3Quantum to upskill professionals seeking a career in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
Duco Digital is the leading online UK BCS (Chartered Institute for IT) accredited provider of AI and ML courses and award-winning professional digital marketing agency. The agreement sees Education specialists 3Quantum representing Duco Digital in the ASEAN region which includes Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand as well as territories in Africa.
Learners enrolled with Duco Digital study the BCS Essentials or BCS Foundation courses in AI & Machine Learning online, which introduces AI & Machine Learning, the opportunities, benefits and ethical challenges as well as introductions to modelling and algorithms, and best practices.
After successfully completing the course, learners receive a globally recognised professional certification in AI to help develop their career opportunities. They also receive 1 year of BCS associate membership with access to professional networks and career support.
Darren Winter, company director of Duco Digital explained the agreement was the result of a successful virtual trade mission to Malaysia with the support of the Department of International Trade, Northern Powerhouse and the British Malaysian Chamber of Commerce, he adds:
“I’m delighted Duco Digital has forged this important collaboration with 3Quantum. Both organisations understand the huge global demand for professionals with quality training and experience in AI & ML which is restricting the market’s growth, estimated to be worth $15.7 trillion by 2030.
Furthermore, Gartner say the top three most significant challenges companies face when considering the implementation of AI are staff skills (56%), the fear of the unknown (42%), and finding a starting point (26%).
These courses equip professionals with the right knowledge, best practice and a globally recognised qualification to develop their career or continue learning into Higher Education“
Gerald Fernandez, CEO of 3Quantum said:
“We are pleased to collaborate and be the exclusive partner to represent Duco Digital in SEA. We have seen tremendous growth in the area of technology with the success of unicorns, start-ups and existing companies moving into the tech space in SEA.
There is a huge global demand for professionals with quality training and experience in AI & ML and these accredited courses by BCS will equip professionals with the right knowledge, skills and attributes to be successful.“

Victoria Gemmill, DIT Northern Powerhouse Regional Team, Head of North East Region said:
“We have really enjoyed working with Darren and Duco Digital, from the very beginning they have been keen to work with DIT and tap into the international opportunities that we can offer. Duco started as a small local North East company but had big ambitions and through working with their local International Trade Adviser and taking part in our Virtual Trade Missions into various South East Asian markets over the last two years, they have proved that it is possible to compete internationally and win business. We are delighted that they are now selling their services internationally and we are really looking forward to working with them in the future.”
Darren continues:
“We’re encouraging individuals and organisations who wish to learn more about AI and Machine Learning to contact 3Quantum at www.3quantum.com or Duco Digital at www.ducodigitaltraining.com.”
