Sunderland utility company celebrates first anniversary with bumper year
A Sunderland utility company is celebrating its first anniversary helping customers save time, money, and monitor their carbon footprint.
Utilink Consulting helps organisations with their gas, electricity and water needs as well as using modern methods of energy management to help clients find the best energy solutions for their business.
During its first year, Utilink Consulting saved customers in total six figures on renewals, CCL/VAT payments and incorrect billing. The company helped over 400 customers, and generated around 80 five star Trustpilot reviews.
Utilink Consulting have partnered with several companies offering maximum benefits to customers including, energy management solutions, broadband and telephony services, EV charging points and heat pumps.
The business has also upgraded its office, implemented an upgraded CRM which will improve productivity, quality and organisation, and offered staff incentives ranging from spa days to new tech equipment.
In year two, Utilink Consulting aims to develop the company brand, reach 30 staff members, attract 1000 new customers, and win 250 five star Trustpilot reviews.
Furthermore, Utilink wish to help their customers navigate through unprecedented times across the energy and utility sector by guaranteeing a 24 hour SLA on responses with customer queries.
