**This week’s round up of London appointments includes Reward Finance Group, Chatter Communications & Nuevo. Read on to find out more.
Tom Annetts, Reward Finance Group
In a bid to further enhance its clients service operations and provide greater support to SMEs seeking commercial finance across London and the South East, Reward Finance Group has appointed Tom Annetts as its new relationship manager.
Tom has vast financial experience spanning over 15 years, having previously worked for Novuna, Aldermore Bank and Barclays. His primary role will be to assist Reward’s client base by guiding them through every stage of the lending process, with the company providing SMEs across the region with tailored business finance loans and asset based solutions of between £50k and £5m.
The timing of his appointment coincides with a rapid period of growth for the lender which recently achieved the key business milestone of growing its regional loan book to £15m, having opened its operational centre in the capital late last year.
Commenting on his appointment, Tom said: “I’m very excited to be joining Reward, having seen the giant strides the business has made across the region over the last 18 months. Everyone I speak to in the industry has nothing but positive things to say about the company, so I jumped at the chance to come on board.”
Simon Adcock, Reward’s regional director for London and the South East, added: “Tom’s appointment is integral to our continued growth in London and the wider region, as forging strong client relationships is at the very heart of our business success to date.”
Geoff Pedder & Matt Devall, Chatter Communications
Employer brand specialist Chatter Communications, which has offices in both Leeds and London, has made two senior appointments to the team.
Geoff Pedder has joined as an Employer Brand Strategist at Chatter, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding. He has worked in client services, media strategy and buying, media sales, research and consulting at organisations including TMP, Havas, Stafford Long, Talent Works International and CA3.
Matt Devall also joins Chatter as a senior account manager. His most recent role was at Fishtank Creative, having previously held positions at McCann, Iris and BJL. He brings with him experience working on brand development, retail focused campaigns and digital activation, with clients such as Coca-Cola, Aldi and Guinness.
Matt said: “I’m hoping to bring my experience of working with a really wide range of brands and different types of client teams to the Chatter mix and I feel my skills will compliment the brilliant team that’s already in place and doing award-winning work.”
Lisa Pearson, partner at Chatter, added: “Both Matt and Geoff bring a wealth of experience with them and a positive and enthusiastic outlook. They’re a great asset to the team and we very much look forward to working with them.”
Tony Coppola, Diya Hofman & Caitlin Hicks, Nuevo
The latest additions to the Nuevo team include Tony Coppola as head of operations, Diya Hofman as head of project management, and Caitlin Hicks in the role of sustainability manager.
With a combined experience of more than 40 years in the industry and a roster of former roles in companies including IKEA and BBC Creative, the new senior members of the Nuevo team join a 20 strong team which has grown by 200 per cent since the company’s inception in 2020.
Tony comments, “From the moment I met Jax, our Founder, and the wider team, their passion, energy and drive to help change behaviour for our clients and in our industry was infectious. I’m looking to reduce as many unnecessary processes, to simplify and allow teams to focus on what they do best and that matters the most.”
Nuevo’s new head of project management, Diya Hofman, has over 15 years experience within the industry, working both as a project manager and producer in commercial agencies and broadcasting.
Jack Davey, CEO of Nuevo shares, “The growth of our team is always exciting, and welcoming Tony, Diya and Caitlin in this period of expedited growth is certainly no exception.”
