Newcastle business advisory firm doubles headcount of Outsourced | FD team
Ryecroft Glenton (RG), the North East business advisory firm, is celebrating the fifth anniversary of its Outsourced | FD service line, which has achieved strong growth since inception, enabling it to double the size of its team.
Founded by RG partner Dan Cooper, Outsourced | FD provides a complete outsourced finance function solution and board level advisory support for SME businesses. The service helps business owners to make informed strategic decisions and assists them in achieving their growth objectives, while supporting them to navigate challenges.
It has achieved year on year growth of between 30 and 40 percent, establishing a UK-wide client base, including companies with interests across the US market, in sectors such as recruitment, architecture, and a number of technology focused businesses.
The continued growing demand for the service has come as a result of referrals from non-executive directors and other professionals advising scale up SMEs, through continuing to grow its presence in the market, and from existing clients, who have valued all aspects of its offering over the last five years.
As a result of the growth, Outsourced | FD has doubled its headcount over the past year to a team of eight, with further recruitment planned for the summer. It also celebrates the promotion of Rachel Johnsone to senior manager. Rachel has played a “key role” in client delivery and the overall growth strategy of Outsourced | FD over the last 18 months.
The service delivery, and its growth, has been bolstered by investment in technology with the introduction of bespoke software applications, which support cash flow management, credit control and management reporting, including real-time information that improves the speed of decision making.
