Investor Ladder, one of the UK’s largest equity investor networks, has announced its next annual investment and innovation festival - Climb23 - will take place in Leeds.
Aimed primarily at tech businesses and designed to bring together entrepreneurs, investors, industry experts and innovators from a variety of sectors, the festival will enable attendees to collaborate, explore investment opportunities and share their knowledge.
Taking place at Leeds Dock on May 23rd and 24th, the event will feature 150 hand-picked international speakers across four stages, including talks from:
The festival will also include a range of activities, such as workshops, roundtables, networking sessions and showcases from some of the UK’s most influential tech start-ups. Food, drink and an extensive program of evening entertainment including live music, DJs and comedy, will also be provided.
Gordon Bateman, CEO at Investor Ladder and Climb23’s founder, offered these comments on the event: “We’re delighted to be hosting our next investment and innovation festival in Leeds. As one of the UK’s fastest growing tech-hubs and one of its largest business centres, it’s a city that has a lot in common with our organisation, so bringing Climb23 here is a real boon.
“With more than 100 speakers, 200 active investors and some of the international tech community’s most prominent individuals - it’s on course to be one of the largest investor events the UK has ever seen.
“It promises to be a one-of-a-kind opportunity for attendees to expand their professional network, discuss the opportunities and challenges of the future and gain valuable insights into the latest trends and best practices in their field and we can’t wait for the doors to open.”
