**Martin Schwab, Naked Energy
Naked Energy, the British renewable heat innovator, today announces the appointment of Martin Schwab as non-executive chairman. Martin brings over 25 years of international experience in the private capital market and a mission-aligned passion for sustainability to Naked Energy’s leadership. He has extensive experience in investing and building companies globally.
He will play a particularly pivotal role in setting the company’s strategic direction working with the board of directors and C-Suite leadership.
Beyond his role at Naked Energy, Martin is a managing partner at private equity firm Pamplona Capital Management where he and his team focus on investments in Europe and the United States, delivering highly flexible investment strategies across a broad range of asset classes in both public and private market situations.

**Faye Leneghan, AMA
AMA, the leader in Dynamic Creative for audio, today announces the appointment of Faye Leneghan as creative strategy lead to drive the company’s UK creative and strategic output.
In her new role, Leneghan will be the creative and strategic counterpart to the commercial team. As the team’s strategist she’ll identify trends, insights and opportunities, working with both commercial and creative teams to pitch the best creative solutions to AMA’s clients. She will also work alongside the sales team to identify opportunities to grow AMA’s strategic partner accounts.
Leneghan joins from Vox Media where she worked as a Strategist in the Integrated Marketing team, taking ownership of the revenue-driving strategy for UK and Global RFPs. Prior to that, she was Marketing Executive at Global Media and Entertainment where she launched and promoted new brand-extensions, white label partnerships and products across various forms of media.

**Justin Cooke, Bulla Co
Bulla Co, an early-stage Gen Z influencer agency who have recently closed their six-figure pre-seed round, has appointed Justin Cooke as the company’s new Chairman. Cooke is a highly esteemed marketing and technology industry entrepreneur, investor and leader, ranked by Business Insider as one of the “coolest tech investors in the UK”.
Cooke’s appointment comes at an exciting time for Bulla Co. as they have had a year of significant transformations and expansions.
