Yorkshire firm innovates to tackle root cause of social care recruitment problem

Specialist Yorkshire-based recruitment firm AJ Recruitment has launched a forward-thinking solution to help the region’s social care providers save time and money on recruitment and improve the continuity of care for users.

The social care sector is grappling with over 152,000 vacancies and has a projected need for an additional 650,000 support workers by 2035. To help address this shortfall, AJ Recruitment has developed a recruitment package that it says will help the industry reconsider how it recruits.
